Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Agentville: the iOS, Android, and web app, and the service behind them. We have kept them as plain as we can. If anything is unclear, write to oz@fuselink.app.

1. The deal

Agentville is operated by Fuse Link Inc., a Delaware corporation. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old to use Agentville. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe, for everything that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of what you tell us at signup. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, the rules of those identity providers also apply to your underlying credentials.

3. What you can do with Agentville

Drop quests, give your mascots tools to use, read receipts, save things to memory, hire more mascots when you want, and shape your village as you like. You may use the service for personal and reasonable professional purposes.

4. What you cannot do

We may suspend or close any account that violates these rules. For serious abuse we will report to law enforcement where required.

5. Mascots and their output

Mascots are AI assistants. They are useful and they try to be careful, but they can make mistakes, miss context, or be wrong. Treat their output as a draft you review, not an oracle you trust blindly. For anything with legal, financial, or medical consequences, get human expert review before acting. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a mascot's output.

Receipts include citations where the mascot used external sources, so you can check the work.

6. Connectors

When you connect a service like Gmail or Slack, the mascot you assign uses your OAuth grant to read or write as you instruct. You remain bound by each provider's terms when you use Agentville to act inside their service. You can disconnect any connector at any time from your account.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Agentville offers four tiers: Cottager (free), Villager (€12/mo or €120/yr), Mayor (€29/mo or €290/yr), and Patron (€45/mo or €450/yr). You can also buy gems for one-off quests.

8. Memory and your data

Anything you ask a mascot to remember stays in your village's memory. You can review, edit, and delete memory entries at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and what your rights are.

9. Our service

We work hard to keep Agentville available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Mascots depend on AI models and external services that have their own availability. We may schedule maintenance, ship updates, or change features as the product evolves. For material changes that affect you, we will tell you in the app.

10. Intellectual property

The Agentville name, the village, the mascots, the artwork, the brand, and the software are owned by Fuse Link Inc. Everything you create with Agentville (your quests, your receipts, your memory) is yours.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Agentville is provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Termination

You can stop using Agentville and delete your account at any time from within the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain something for legal reasons (we will tell you what and why).

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For EU residents, you keep all the consumer rights that local law gives you regardless of this clause.

If we have a dispute, please try to resolve it with us first at oz@fuselink.app. Most things get sorted that way. If it cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be heard in the courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection law lets you bring the case in your home country.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we will tell you in the app and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept, you can close your account.
